At Mythic, I have been a part of the customer relationship management team for Ally banking products. The simple goal of our CRM program is to boost awareness of Ally’s full product portfolio. As an online only bank, Ally has always differentiated itself from other banks by striving to be tech-forward and adopting a more approachable, friendly persona. The brand has changed pretty drastically over the few years I’ve worked with them, and my favorite part about working with Ally has been the constant opportunity to stretch my animation and illustration skills.
